boil water for the pasta
add pasta cook as per packet instructions
chop shallots , mushrooms and smoked chicken
warm oil in a pan first add shallots cook for 2 mins
add chestnut mushrooms cook for further 2 mins
add smoked chicken cook for 2 mins
then add boursin cuisine cook for further 2 mins
add 2-4 spponfulls of cream cook for further 2 mins
put the cooked pasta in a bowl and add the bousin cuisine mix
